Party Time!

Yes its true, Jason is 30! We have celebrated his birthday several times now, but on the actual day we had a small party at home with the 4 of us. The boys were very festive in their socks knitted by Grammy Gretchen, too cute! Tom prefers to go without pants, and would even leave the house that way if I let him. Unfortunately I do not. He loves his new socks and was bummed that he could not wear them the next day because they were in the laundry.

School days!

Jake started pre-school in late August. He loves it! His class is in an old store front, hence the glass wall. Tom hates to leave him, but he gets to have fun too, we go to play group or stay home. I am very proud of the last picture, our new coat rack in the kitchen! I did the whole project from start to finish (conception, design, material selection, construction & installation) makes it look like a bigger job, hehehe! The boys needed a rack they could reach and the one in the living room was too crowded. Lets just hope they use it! PS. It really is level, I checked!

Reunion fun

We did a lot in a short time at the reunion. We went swimming twice. I only got a few good pics. Here are my silly guys playing with swim diapers - who knew they could be worn other ways??!! Also the splash really is Mark, I promise! The swimming wore the kids out, and we hated to leave the fun, but our 'trusty' DVD player worked in the airport if not on the plane!

oops!

Well its been waaaay too long since I've posted. We've been busy to say the least. I wanted to get my reunion pics up, finally. We had an awesome time in Delaware seeing family, especially our cousins. We played with them at several cool parks.

having fun

We did get some rain and had chilly mornings and evenings, but we enjoyed curling up by the fire to read a good book. We had a great time visiting with Grammy & Grampy, plus Uncle Jer & Uncle MEEE as Tom says (Luckily Mia understands). I also threw in some extra pics of the tie-dye guys playing at home.

Busy Summer

Oh my gosh! I can't believe its been more than a month since I last posted. Luckily I spent a lot of that time with my mom or she'd be begging me for more pics! We were away on vacation for two weeks and since we've been back its been too hot to be in our office for much time. But we are about to go away again so I needed to unload my camera & though I might as well get them up here. We spent a week at our family's cabin in Vermont & though it rained a bunch we had plenty of sunny days top swim & boy did the boys ever love being in the water!!!! It was hard to keep them out. Jake really started to swim with a basic doggier paddle and Tom jumped in with Dad and mom a few times. We went out in the canoe and played in the raft, went to the beach and the bookstore. All in all it was a great vacation!
