Happy Valentine's!

Jake had a great time at his Valentine's Day party at preschool. It was the only day that week he got to go because of the weather! Tom was able to go along and they very nicely included him. One teacher even gave him a Valentine. We had a lot of fun at the party. jake gave out Transformers Valentines that had candy in them, very cool!!!

Christmas Morning

I am behind on posting these but better late than never! We had a great Christmas morning opening our stockings & presents.

Play time!!

Jason had a really long break which was great cause he got to play with the boys tons! Jake & Jason are enjoying playing checkers together & Jake has gotten so he can beat Dad if he only has 8 checkers. They all love to watch football together & cheer on the browns in the fun chairs we have. The boys were very excited for santa to come & Jake said after that there were sooo many presents they went halfway across the floor, and while the pic says otherwise Jake's magic knows!!

Christmas prep

We had lots of fun getting ready for Christmas, from baking goodies to visiting Santa 2x's!! Tom was not thrilled with either visit and would not pose with Jake for the pic we took, but he did like the hayride through Galena. Both boys enjoyed the goodie prep though Tom mostly wanted to watch, but Jake really helped!

Tree trimming

Well we got the big tree all trimmed, and then it decided to tip over!! Luckily no ornaments broke and only a few fell off. We've got it tied down now so it should stay up. It looks great all decorated. It was pretty homely before but the boys loved it at the lot so home it came and we made it gorgeous! Next year I'm voting for a cut your own place!!!

Cuku & the sled

All the boys enjoyed Grampy's old sled this morning. Even Cuku wanted to go for a ride. He had to settle for chasing after them instead. It was hysterical to watch the puppy try to figure the sled out. It was a fun time for all outside, except Jake & Tom did not like all the dog kisses!!

Tree time

We got our real tree last night but it needed to thaw before we could decorate it, so we put the fake tree up in the boys' bedroom with lights and they got to have it on for a bit after they got in bed. Hopefully we'll do ornaments for both trees this afternoon. Both guys are sacked out after playing outside for an hour this morning.
