Tom has been doing really well (for the most part) in his new twin bed. it has worked out MUCH better than the toddler bed. We also took the crib down so there has been no other option (besides brother's bed!) We have to let Jake go down later at nap or just have quiet time, and it takes a while int he evening but we're getting there. Next thing you know we'll be potty training! (I hope!) Tom loooves the bed and Aunt Dana's old comforter. The snowman pics are from when we had breakfast with Santa this past weekend.

What a great big-boy bed! I love that you can use the "padding" as a comforter!
Looks great!! Camille switched to only have one bed instead of the bunks. It was a little scary getting up and down at night!
